Its done this before. And when the pc restarts and i start game again .
All my settings for the graphics i have saved have all been reset.
I hope you can help.

This sounds for me like, an error with your grafik card, because thîs mod spawns many traffic and other things. and you grafik card is maybe to old or might be broken....this error with blue screen i had when some working space chipsets where burnd on my grafik card. Normaly the datas from the game will be temporarly saved on the working space of your grafik card and if this is broken or burnd youll get a blue screen because this cause an error in your grafik drivers
